STUDIO POLICIES

| HAND CRAFTED | All of the items in my shop are hand made by me. Each and every item in my shop is my own design. I use recycled fine silver, and other precious metals, gemstones, hand cut stones and natural rocks collected from riverbeds and beaches.  I do my best to satisfy my collectors. Your time and attention to my shop are important to me, and your business is highly appreciated. If you have any questions, feel free contact me. Thank you!

| EXCHANGES |  Non-personalized items may be exchanged in original/unused condition within 10 days.  (exceptions may be made, please feel free to message me). Please notify me and provide return tracking information (customer pays shipping). If there is any issue with your order, please contact me so I can make it right for you. 

| RETURNS - PERSONALIZED ITEMS and CUSTOM WORK |  I am not able to accept returns on personalized items (hand engraved or inscribed pieces) or custom commissions as they cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue, please contact me. 

| CANCELLATIONS |  Because we often get right to work on custom orders, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement and if no work has begun.

| SHIPPING | Orders are shipped from Northern California. Tracking is provided on all domestic orders (international tracking is provided based on availability).

| DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING |  If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date with a photo of both the damaged item and the outer shipping packaging.

| PACKING SLIPS | As many orders are gifts being delivered directly to the recipient, we do not include packing slips or receipts in our packages. You can print your invoice from the confirmation email if desired.

| INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |  Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import charges in keeping with the laws of their country. We do not have access to collect these fees/taxes in advance. Please be aware of your country's customs fee structure regarding importing merchandise from the United States.
